There is NO registration
fee. Prices are per week (5 days) for classes.Prices are per week (7 nights) for accommodation. NB - Academic study visa period 6 to 12 months. Classes for 18 or 36 weeks, the same as state colleges. Business/Specialist/Technical English Courses - by arrangement

All our English Language Course prices include:
- Entrance testing of 2 to 3 hours duration and placement in an appropriate group
- A graded certificate of progress and attendance given at the end of the course
- Use of books and supply of writing materials
Fees for classes and accommodation to be paid in advance to ELC unless otherwise arranged. Discounts are available for periods of 12, 26 and 36 weeks paid in advance for private students.

Accommodation
In an English family home10-20 minutes from ELC by bus. Room, breakfast and evening meal.
Price: £16.00 per night paid to ELC
Extras
Public examination fees: from £45.00 to £105.00 each
Bus passes: for unlimited travel in Reading, approximately £8.75 adult and £7.50 child per week
Payment
Fees for courses and accomodation payable to E.L.C
Cash, Travellers cheques, Bank draft (drawn on a UK based bank), Bank transfer.
Airport transfers 'door to door' by an ELC representative
From London Heathrow: £60.00 (1 hour) London Gatwick or Luton £70.00 (1.5 hours) Stansted: £90.00 (2-3 hours)
NB: There is a 'shuttle' coach service (5am to 11pm) from Heathrow to Reading which takes 45 minutes, a train direct from Gatwick which takes 1.5 hours and coaches and trains from Luton and Stansted. Ask your Travel Agent.
OUR BUSINESS & COMMERCIAL ENGLISH COURSES:These courses
normally of one or two weeks, or longer in duration can be arranged at
short notice for the busy business person and will include accommodation
in a suitable English family home. At the end of the course, entry for The
London Chamber of Commerce examination can be arranged which is recognised
by the Council of Europe and UK (NVQ).

'A'
- General
English in the morning in a group 15 hours per week and Business
English in individual classes. ie, one teacher, one student in the
afternoon ten hours per week.

- FORMULA 'B'
- Five hours per day
individual classes in General and Business English.
- £750.00 per week.
- FORMULA 'C':
- Six hours per day
individual classes in General and Business English including working
lunch with the teacher.
- £850.00 per week.
